It is an insurance product made by the supporter of the research in order to protect the patients and healthy volunteers participating in the clinical trials against any possible damage that may result from the experiments.

The policy provides coverage for all physical damages (injury, illness or death) that may occur to the participants during the compensation period covered by the insurance.
